Řepovo-carrot salad

I'm glad this salad over the summer, because in combination with Mint is refreshing. It is super to itself, so he can add to the next meal, it depends only on you. And most importantly, is simple and fast, and it is worth it to try, no?

300 g beetroot 
450 g carrots 
1 handful of fresh mint leaves 
50 g sunflower seeds 
50 g pumpkin seeds 
60 ml olive oil 
100 ml of juice from fresh oranges (about 1 orange) 
2 tablespoons white balsamic

Roughly I nastrouhala oloupanou beet and carrot mixed with seeds and chopped Mint. I mixed the dressing, olive oil, orange juice and balsamic vinegar. All I had left to ripen and tragic atmosphere in the fridge.

Tips: in a salad, for example, you can add cranberries. And if you like you can add honey and 1 tablespoon of the vinaigrette.
